Plastic Shutters
Can plastic shutters be painted?
Before painting make sure that the shutters are dirt free. Apply a single coat of "Gripper". Follow with a 100% Acrylic latex, satin, or semi-gloss paint, in your choice of color. One to two coats will required. Base that decision on how well a single coat covers the primer.
